We are an IT Consultancy and IT Services provider, specialising helping SME and start-up businesses in any area to do with Computing and IT solutions. We excel in IT Managed Services, Web Design and provide Managed and Unmanaged Web Hosting and Servers too. Our Company is based in Rotherham, UK but we cover the whole of Great Britain for on-site services, and worldwide for online services.

Where Clients upload images to the Website, they should take care to avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Information
Where Clients use the contact forms on the Website to get in touch with the Company, these forms will collect the information entered, as well as the device’s IP address. We will use this information to make return contact via the method requested on the form. We may use any telephone number(s) and/or email address(es) held to contact Clients in the event of billing or account enquiries etc.

Cookies
If a contact form or the Company Customer Area portal is used on the Company Website, Clients may opt-in to saving the completed fields and Website information in their cookies. These are for convenience so that information does not have to be completed again when using the forms or our portal. These cookies will last for one year. Where Clients have an account and a login attempt is made to the Website, a temporary cookie will be issued to determine whether the browser used accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when the browser is closed. When a log in attempt is made, we will also set up several cookies to save login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days and screen options cookies last for a year. If the “Remember Me” option is chosen, login details will be retained for two weeks. When an account is logged out of, the login cookies will be removed. If articles are edited or published, an additional cookie will be saved in the browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply indicates the post ID, expiring after 1 day.

Data Retention
Data is stored on the Company systems while Clients have an active status. Where Clients have an inactive status, data will be removed after 7 years of inactivity in line with the General Data Protection Regulation Act of 2018.

Data Rights
Clients can view and update their data on the Company Portal (https://www.balliante.com/portal) at any time by clicking on ‘edit account details’ and updating the fields. Clients can contact us at via the Company Portal (https://www.balliante.com/portal) or email dpo@balliante.com at any time to request data removal or request a copy of account data. The Company will provide this within 72 hours.

Third Party Data Sharing
Contact information is shared with the domain registry for domain registration or transfer purposes only if or when you choose to register or transfer a domain name with us. Any other data will only be shared with the express permission of the client, and only where business reasons deem it necessary.
