Disk Defragmentation

Computers that take are slow that starting, loading files or loading applications could need to be defragged, below will outline how to defragment a hard drive. (You will not need to do this for solid state drives)
1. Press start enter "defragment" and select the option called "Defragment and Optimize Drives", as shown below.
2. Select the C: drive, or any drive you wish to defragment.
3. Press the "Optimize" button, this will most likely take a couple of hours, depending on when it was last defragmented, make sure the user is aware of this.
