Creating Microsoft 365 Service Request
You will not need admin permissions
On occasion you may face a issue on Microsoft 365 you aren't able to resolve by your self and will require a service request. Below I will outline how to make a service request.
1. Press the button below to open Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
2. First thing you must do make sure that you have the right organisation selected.

Then click "Help & Support" at the bottom right of the screen.
4. Type in the issue that you are having in the search box.
5. Once you have searched for your issue, there will be solutions that will appear below, if none of these solutions work, you can click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the screen, make sure before doing this thought that you have right organisation selected at the top otherwise Microsoft may make you create a new ticket.
6. Once you click "Contact Support" it will present previously submitted issues, make sure that someone hasn't already submitted the issue that you are about to request support for, if no one has, click the new "New service Request" button.
8. Fill out the following, make sure in the description to include as many details as possible, such as error messages, and who the issue is relating to.
9. they will try call you even if you want an email, they will often call from abroad. Such as Shanghai or America.
