Tickets list:
Settings to add a signature on every message you send to a client.
Filter for open and closed tickets, as well as messages sent at different times and how long they have been open for.
Lists tickets from oldest to newest, tickets have name of company, ticket type, the member the ticket has been assigned to and the date/time of last activity.
Clicking on the Ticket ID will open the ticket info and all the conversations that have happened in the ticket.
Tickets can be added from here.
Ticket templates:
Templates act as pre-made messages that can be sent to clients.
Templates can be used to send messages that are commonly used, such as greeting messages, messages notifying the client they are working on their problem, etc.
Allow for a title and a description, ticket type can be added to group them.
Clicking the Title after making a template will bring it up.
Templates can be edited whenever.
