You will not need admin permissions

Messages acts as a small email system

To talk to admins, you cannot type anything in the box it must be someone on the list.

Messages allows for a Subject, description and allows for multiple files to be added.

When you send a message you can see it in the Sent items section.

When you get a message you can continue to reply to it by clicking on the message and replying, this will not open another message unless you click Compose again.

You can add files to replies.
