Clients

Overview

1. Total clients - this shows how many clients you have in total as well as include a quick access button to the Clients page.

2. Total contacts - this shows how many contacts you have in total as well as include a quick access button to the Contacts page.

3. Contacts logged in today - contacts logged in today shows the total amount of contacts who have been on the portal today. The quick access button goes to the Contacts page with the 'logged in today' filter enabled.

4. Contacts logged in last 7 days - contacts logged in last 7 days will appear here, with a quick access button to the Contacts page with the 'logged in last 7 days' filter enabled.

5. Clients has unpaid invoices - this shows the number of clients with unpaid invoices. Clicking on this will open the Clients list, with the 'Has unpaid invoices' filter enabled.

6. Clients has partially paid invoices - this shows the number of clients with partially paid invoices. Clicking this will open the Clients list, with the 'Has partially paid invoices' filter enabled.

7. Clients has overdue invoices - this shows the number of clients with overdue invoices. Clicking this will open the Clients list, with the 'Has overdue invoices' filter enabled.

8. Projects:

• Clients has open projects - this shows how many Clients have open projects. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has open projects' filter enabled.

• Clients has completed projects - this shows how many Clients have completed projects. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has completed projects' filter enabled.

• Clients has hold projects - this shows how many Clients have open projects. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has any hold projects' filter enabled.

• Clients has cancelled projects - this shows how many Clients have cancelled projects. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has cancelled projects' filter enabled.

9. Estimates:

 • Client has open estimates - this shows how many Clients have open estimates. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has open estimates' filter enabled.

• Clients has accepted estimates - this shows how many Clients have accepted estimates. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has accepted estimates' filter enabled.

• Clients has new estimate requests - this shows how many Clients have new estimate requests. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has new estimate requests' filter enabled.

• Clients has estimate requests in progress - this shows how many Clients have estimate requests in progress. Clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has estimate requests in progress' filter enabled.

10. Clients has open tickets - this shows the number of clients with open tickets, clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has open tickets' filter enabled.

11. Clients has new orders - this shows the number of clients that have new orders, clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has new orders' filter enabled.

12. Proposals:

• Clients has open proposals - this shows clients that have open proposals, clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has open proposals' filter enabled.

• Clients has accepted proposals - this shows clients that have accepted proposals, clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has accepted proposals' filter enabled.

• Clients has rejected proposals - this shows clients that have rejected proposals, clicking on this will open the Clients page with the 'Has rejected proposals' filter enabled.

1. Import clients - import client allows you to drop a document into the box and automatically add the client from there, this will usually be done with an excel file. Sample files are available.

2. Add client - add client allows you to add a client to the CRM from scratch, entering all the details yourself.

3. Page size selector - clicking the down arrow on this allows you to choose how many clients will appear on each page before having to go to the next page.

4. Visibility - clicking the eye will allow you to hide and unhide any heading on the client list.

5. Owner - lets you filter for an owner, these will display the technician or person that will oversee the client.

6. Quick filters - quick filters lets you search for specific topics and will bring up the corresponding clients related to them.

7. Client groups - client groups lets you filter for clients and contacts based on the type of business they are from.

8. Excel - excel opens the current clients displayed into an excel spreadsheet.

9. Print - print, prints the current clients shown onto a separate tab all on their own.

10. Search - search bar can be used to search for anything related to clients.             

Contacts
