Updating Domain Records

You will need admin permissions

We may receive request to update DNS / Domain records on a customers domain.

If the domain is with us as in we are the domain registrar then this can be done on Namecheap.

If the customer has provided the details to manage their domain with a third party domain registrar, we can login and access update the DNS records options and then update the records they have asked for.

If unsure with this, please ask your line manager in the first instance.
