How to fix frozen programs in Windows 10

You will need admin permissions

1. Hold down Ctrl + Alt + Del, on the keyboard.
2. From the options listed, select Task Manager.
3. Select the program that has frozen the computer, this is usually the one that you last opened.
4. Click End task in the bottom right.
